Unprepared repairman leaves my home in shambles. Motor replacement for LG washer. First off the technician calls me directly 7:30 morning of follow up appointment to tell me he can't make it to work. I don't care about worker status, if you're failing our agreed upon appointment call me with solutions(like another time) not problems, especially not personal problems. So I call in as I now need to rebook, receptionist was nice and accommodating fixed me up next day. repair is functional but repairman asks me what I want to do with the stacked dryer because he doesn't' have DUCT TAPE AS IF HE DOESN'T WORK WITH DUCTS. so he leaves, charges the full ticket and leaves my dryer on the floor. Thanks but no thanks, I'll take the crab juice.

Part was faulty and they refused to take it as it can't sell \used\ parts. The return policy is only on the receipt (after purchase) and not informative enough. Found later on Amazon the same part for half the price (shipping included). Never dealing with them again.
