Their products (cakes, cupcakes) taste incredibly good and the designs are amazing! They are also affordable. Best in town!
Terrible customer service. Sent a request email and got a reply quickly. After I replied back to that with what they asked I haven't heard back from them for a week now, even after following up again.
Have used Gateau Neo many times and they never disappoint! The taste is amazing and they are very reasonably priced too! Supporting a hard-working local business is the icing on the cake :).
We just love this place. We stop in for half a douzen cupcakes as a treat but we also order our birthday cakes here. We have never been disappointed and always had a excellent service.
