Excellent, quick and professional service. Vehicle parking space is limited but there is sufficient parking just beside at the STO Freeman Parc-and-Ride. No safe space to park your bicycle. Some people just don't care and must say; if it fits, it sits.

All I can say is WOW! This is a private clinic, they are offering their services free of charge for the hospital during the covid pandemic. I’m a terminally ill cancer patient with a very rare disease, and a lot of test requirements. The owner introduced herself right away, put me in a private room quickly, and sorted out all of my complicated requisitions to make sure they were done properly! This isn’t always the case. They are incredibly professional, kind, and make you feel safe. I am full of gratitude and highly recommend their services. Thank you!

This place is CHAOS. The only reason I added two stars was because the doctors who gave me my shots were very sweet and profesional, and because I want to take into consideration that they are probably being given more work and clients than they can take on. Lobby is a mess; everyone’s screaming, urine samples right by the reception desk. These nurses are overwhelmed and need help.
