By far the worst experience when trying to apply for an apartment. It’s unfortunate, because I actually fell in love with their units, but their selection process was a joke! The rental agent I was in communication with (Nadine Labelle) was absolutely terrible, and I doubt she even knew what she was writing half of the time. It never made sense whatsoever. When challenged with the actual law, she magically disappeared , and stopped replying to the multiple emails that I sent her. To say I dodged a bullet when it came to renting with them would be an understatement!!! I definitely wish I would’ve read the reviews on here, before moving forward with my application.

The apartments are generally nice and well located. I echo most negative reviews regarding the management. Although the administration staff are generally friendly, the manager takes no responsibility for the issues with the building and will brush off any inquiries as being your responsibility. One of the two elevators in our building hasn't properly functioned in months. They suspend all work on the units during the pandemic, which is reasonable, but then proceed to increase monthly rent in the same month. I'd also note that the only recent 5 star review is in fact from Mr. Bouillé the manager himself. The fact management prefers to try to artificially boost their ratings instead of addressing the tenants concerns clearly demonstrates their lack of professionalism.
Apartments are beautiful and really soundproof but the included appliances are of very low quality. The administrative team is friendly and helpful. However, I agree with the other comments: the management team offers very poor support and doesn't have a client-first approach. For apartments of such a high price and with the way they sell their customer service approach on their website, it is very disappointing. Also, there is no visitor parking, which is also very disappointing for apartments located centrally.
DSM Properties have quality units to rent and a responsive maintenance team. With the imposed restrictions and precautionary measures required to protect employees and service providers, it has been quite the struggle to act on all the various service requests but the DSM team have acted in a curtious and professional manner.
Absolutely terrible. All of the appliances and plumbing is breaking and no one will answer service requests or emails. We’ve had them randomly enter our unit, stop by unannounced, and neglect their legal obligations. Many breeches of contract. Its painted up beautifully but is horribly managed. Truly disappointing.
