I had a special last minute request, which they wonderfully and warmly fulfilled even though it was a little after hours. I am exceedingly happy with the service and care that was given to me here. Highly highly recommended.
Placed an order for pickup at the store, left work early to go pick it up given their restrictive operating hours, the lady at the desk told me the order must not be ready yet as she didn't have it up front. There was no offer to go check, pull up the order number or wander back and grab the few items orderd as I was already there. Her only advice was "it might be ready tomorrow..... or Monday". Sadly this is not the first time i have experienced apathetic customer service with them. I really hope more companies start dealing in military accoutrements so places like this have to improve their customer service to remain competitive.
Received mounted medals back with a medal crooked and glue slopped on it. Had to have them redone.
Very fast and proffesional, I needed my CD mounted in a couple days for a parade and they did it on the spot for me. Highly recommend.
POOR TURN AROUND TIME : If I could give no stars I would. 8may order placed. 13may told one of my items was BO. I responded - cancel that & send remainder ASAP, items need by 28May. I sent a follow-up email yesterday - status of the order and a tracking#. Response today (14 days after their email about a BO item).... was - "will ship tomorrow, will reply later with tracking#" What don't you understand about need by 28 May?
