Ordering online was a standard faire and the local delivery expedient (same day). Since I was out for a walk, even called telling me it was delivered. Great selection and helpful staff in store.

Buyers beware, bought a game last night from their store and when we opened up the game and it was missing pieces - the problem is when we went back to the store, they refuse to exchange for a complete set. They said we must go to the manufacturer. The fact that the store has no customer support for dective product, sadly, we will not be going back to the store. Being deferred to deal with the MANUFACTURER, we would better off buying the from a big box store.

Although a small location, they have very competent staff to figure out your needs and are very helpful when it comes to suggestions and explanations of the various games. You can even pay a very small fee and use all the games available on hand to play all day! You can also RENT BOARD GAMES! Never figured I could do that. It's very helpful when you're not sure if you'll like the game.
