Phones never answered, like pulling teeth from a chicken, to make an appointment. Prescriptions forgotten for days or weeks at a time! Hard to speak ill of a doctor's office, but patients expect and deserve more!

REALLY hard to make an appointment and have an appointment kept. appointments are months away and Dr. Bedard often cancels and reschedules weeks if not months later. Not impressed.

It really helps when a clinic can pick up the phone to take appointments. If you are short staffed, pay them more than minimum wage. For god sakes.

Currently only answering the phones for 2 hours during the day, during which it is still impossible to get a hold of anyone, if you're even able to get through the constant busy signals... Having gotten through the busy signals, i was stuck in their automated call management system for over 30 minutes, exceeding the 1 hour window to call for an appointment...
