This company was hired by my insurance to fix my fridge. It took over a week to get a technician to come examine my fridge. When someone finally came, he stood 10 feet away from my fridge and “diagnosed” the problem without even touching it or plugging it back into the wall. I am now going on my 4th week without a fridge. I’m not impressed to say the least.

Very bad service....highly unprofessional...perhaps they need to change business....Repair Tech was rude, impolite and even drop his big tool bad onto our little 5 pound Yorkie....dog took off crying and has been hiding all day. Not even decent enough to say I'm sorry. Dam Red Neck he deserve a good kick in the ....
Marc shows up, verifies the error code (E2F3) and without opening the back panel tell my wife it's the CCU. He was in and out in 5 minutes. I get a call a couple of hours later from Marc, who tells me it's going to cost over 400 to replace the CCU and have it installed. I called another repair shop, and the gentleman came today. He was going to be 25min late and, get this, called to notify me. He \opened\ the back panel and discovered that one of the wires had broken going to the temp sensor. He fixed the wire, tested the machine, and charged us less than 80. I can only imagine what would have happened if I had Marc order the part, install it, only to find out the same issue is there. After replacing the wire going from the CCU to the sensor (which would have resolved the issue) would he have been honest enough to divulge his error? Or would he have charged me extra labor for running the wire. Luckily the quick visit didn't end up with us signing for anything or paying the 102 service fee. I've since contacted the company and stated that I am expecting NOT to receive an invoice for the work he didn't complete. We pay for a service and it is not unreasonable to expect the service. Everyone makes mistakes, however customers should not be pay for mistakes make by these \Factory-Authorized Maytag Technicians\ Stand-Clear !!!
I am giving one star simply because one can't give zero. Very poor customer service. Calls not returned.
ZERO STARS\u003e HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. CANCELLED APPOINTMENT 2 TIMES ALREADY -- ONCE ON THE DAY OF THE SCHEDULED APT AND ONE THE DAY BEFORE THE SCHEDULED APT. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THEY DONT ANSWER OR RETURN CALLS!!!!
