Been there a couple of times. I once called them because my daughter had an issue with her eyes turning red and they fit me in their schedule that morning. But what really is really amazing, which I still can't believe is this... I booked an appt today and started looking at oakley frames online. I emailed them asking if it would be possible to try a few of the models I found online and got a reply super quick saying that it wouldnt be a problem and that they would order them in stock for me to try ! Talk about custom taylored service !! Real courteous duo, Dr guillaume is great with kids all and all a really great service.

These brothers provide amazing service from start to finish, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the National Capital Region. High-tech eye testing equipment, alongside Dr. Guillaume's attentive nature makes sure you're not only seeing properly, but that your eyes are healthy. He not only listened to my needs and past experiences with progressive lenses, but in turn explained everything to me in plain language, without overselling me on things I didn't need. The eye exam was well worth the price (which was reasonable by the way). His brother Antoine picked up where Guillaume left of and made stylish recommendations on frame choices that were reasonably priced (I went for the house brand frames, which are stylish and affordable). As progressive lenses are always pricey, I was pleased to have an optician recommend stylish, affordable frames to balance out the total cost. I even went back to get a second pair of computer progressives and got a discount because I bought a second pair of glasses within a few month period - WOW! Thank you for helping me see the best I have ever had with progressives, and thank you for the great service at a reasonable price point! PS. I'm an English speaker from the Ottawa side who works in Hull, QC, and these lads made me feel welcomed, heard and cared for. Merci Beaucoup Les Lafleur!
