We looked around the Ottawa area, visited different company websites and showrooms. MIRIK had the biggest choice and good reviews so we went with them. Great service from the start, thank you John!!! Highly recommend their services. We installed ourselves, no problem. All worked out well and the railings look great!

Highly recommend Mirik. Had a great experience dealing with John. Proposed glass handrail at first then we added aluminum column for the front entrance, aluminum stringers and fiberglass steps for the deck. John was always available when I needed answers and followed up with me during and after the installation. The installation team did an amazing job. Turned out better than expected. Guy's were professional, knowledgeable about the products, and ready to answer questions at any time.
We wanted to have a railing installed at the front of our home. We did some research online and read various reviews and decided that MIRIK was the company we would entrust with the installation. We visited their showroom and selected a very nice aluminium railing with a tinted glass insert. We were told that delivery would be about 5-6 weeks due to a heavy backlog which was fine with us. About 2 weeks later they came and took on site measurements and 2 weeks later they began the installation which was perfect. We did notice a small scratch on one of the glass panels which reported to them and within a week they had it replaced without any issues. If you're looking to have a railing installed I would not hesitate in recommending Mirik. Quality product and quality installation. We are very happy and will recommend them to others.

I highly recommend "Les rampes Mirik" for the following reasons. With the departure of one of my long term tenants in early October, I realized that the flooring of its balcony was rotten and needed to be repaired as soon as possible as it was a safety issue. I contacted more than five companies and explained the matter at hand. Except for Mirik, none of them could help me in the short term. Mirik reassured me that the matter could and would be resolved quickly. If not by them, by someone that could. In less than 24 hours, their sales manager (Michel Yelle) came to evaluate the damages. Two weeks later the work was well done by two of their expert technicians (Pierre and Luc). Les rampes Mirik is a family business that treats their clients with dignity and respect and always rose to any challenges coming their way. I highly recommend this company to others because of my satisfaction with the services rendered. A special thank you to Lise Lafontaine who is a cheerful, resourceful, creative, and results-oriented individual. She, as well as her team conducted themselves in a highly professional and effective manner. Organization, team-work, and efficiency are definitely the cornerstones of their working style. I recently had a balcony and railings installed in my back yard by Mirik Railings. I am quite impressed with the quality of the products and the service Mirik provides. The installation team is very professional and courteous. We are absolutely thrilled with the results.
I had extensive railings installed at a house I own. The warranty is garbage. I was provided information in a written brochure that states it is a 25 year warranty, however that is not true. My caps are peeling as well as the bottom plates that hold the rails and posts. Buyer be ware, Mirik does not stand by their work or product! Do not use them.
