We agreed on a price three months before the due date. On that exact date, they contacted me by email to tell me that the pricing has changed and it is gone up. I responded to explain to them the situation but they never answered. Maybe, they had their reasons to change their pricing. Although they did that at the last minute, I can put myself in their position and understand. Nevertheless, not answering my explanatory email is quite unprofessional and disrespectful.

They like to park their vehicles on the sidewalk the whole day. Blocking access to people who need to use the sidewalk. Also, keep their engine idling while making a few phone calls.
