Julie Taing

I was referred to Julie after the birth of my second child. Julie is excellent. She was very professional and friendly while also taking the time to explain things to me in more detail whenever I had questions. She also gave me exercises to do at home which really helped in my situation. I always felt comfortable around Julie and her staff. I would definitely recommend the clinic!

I have been going to see Julie for years now with various different issues. She is friendly, very knowledgeable and always manages to help with the pain. I like that she provides exercise videos, they help me in making sure I am doing them correctly. I have also been to the clinic to see an osteopath as well as a massage therapist. I have been very satisfied with all of the services I've received and will continue to seek their help when the need arrises.

I fell last winter and hurt my back and was taking medication to alleviate the pain. I was sure I would not get any relief for several months but after a few treatments with Julie, Physiotherapist at Physio Avantage Plus, I was able to function normally again two months after my fall. Also, I have severe scoliosis, curvature of the spine, which sometimes causes intense pain and numbness. Julie has been very helpful in managing my pain with physical treatment and simple exercises which has reduced my need for medication. Each visit at this clinic, Julie and her team, Tanya the Osteopath and the Massage Therapists (Emilie and Maxime) always put a lot of effort in finding the most effective treatment to relieve and minimize my pain. I really appreciate their dedication to helping me live a more improved quality of life. I am very pleased with the excellent care I have receive at this clinic. The personnel is very competent and professional and the receptionists are always pleasant and accommodating.
