I live in a five unit condo building, my neighbours furnace gave out this winter and they did a lot of research to find the right company, Quality d;air Outaouais, they were the most knowledgeable and realistically priced, their install work was very good. My neighbours recommended them and I agree with everything, very happy with the install of my new furnace and they cleaned up after themselves which was very nice. Highly recommend!

We bought a new air conditioner and furnace. They scratched my stairs ramp and my themorstat light is always on after the installation. We cannot forget to include that they lost my credit files which included my personal information. After four months they finally came back to resolve the issues. They've contacted a company to fix the ramp, will not cover for the thermostat and never found my credit files. I've been accused of exaggerating and adding more issues...

BEWARE!!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!! My husband called this company to fix a noise coming from a wall mounted air conditioner in his rental unit. The person (cant remember his name) verbally told my husband he would charge 100-150 to check it out and let him know if any repair is needed. After inspecting the AC, he told us everything was ok and it just needed cleaning. We received an invoice for 200 for diagnosis only and the issue remained. Upon emailing Ana from the same company, we were informed that they would charge us another 200 to clean the AC but could not guarantee that the issue will be resolved. We went with another company who changed a motor inside the AC which fixed the issue (the AC did not require cleaning), and charged us way less than these people. Clearly, Air Qualite does not have the expertise or the professionalism to conduct AC repair, and I would like to warn others against them.

I hired this company to fix a leaking pipe in my hydronic baseboard heating system. Fixing the pipe required cutting a new piece of pipe and welding it on. Although the men who came were courteous while here, they made some serious errors which they didn't notify me of before they left. Firstly, they burned the casing of a wire for my heated floor and simply covered the area with electrical tape and stuffed it under the floor, where I found it only after removing the floor covering to repair my tiles. This could have been prevented if they simply had moved the wire out of the way, but they didn't. If the burn had been a few millimeters deeper, the whole heated floor system would have been ruined, and I'm still skeptical whether the damage will shorten the lifespan of my heated floor circuitry which cost thousands of dollars to replace. They also scorched the trim and part of my newly installed (expensive) door. Furthermore, they left dirty handprints everywhere around the site and managed to knock a quarter size gash in the drywall. What makes me the most upset is that they didn't mention anything happened while they were here. Although they did fix the pipe leak, they caused several other problems and I wouldn't recommend their service.
