Went in thinking my appointment had been booked - turns out we had mistakenly not completed the form but the staff were still so kind and managed to book me in anyways. A young guy named Alexi (Alexei? I am spelling it wrong, I just know it) was the RMT for my appointment and was excellent, super professional.
