I found my barber in Gatineau! First, Nico knows customer service. He's friendly and welcomed me with a smile. I made an appointment ahead of time and even though there were two guys waiting when I walked in, he sat me down and trimmed my beard right away. Second, he's good. I've had a number of barbers trim my beard and Nico is one of the best. He's fast and does a great job. Finally, I didn't feel out of place. I find that many barber shops these days can be very pretentious which doesn't make me feel welcome. Not Suavé. I felt like I knew Nico for years and yesterday was the first time meeting him. Thanks, brother! I'll see you again soon.

Nico deserves more than 5 Stars. He is very skilled, friendly, polite and is a professional barber who knows how to treat his clients and gives them great hair cuts. This has been the BEST place for me to go to in the Gatineau-Ottawa area. Highly recommended.
