We had a ductless heat pump installed about a month ago. I found the company to be responsive, professional and knowledgeable. While it the system was expensive (Daikin Aurora 4MXL), it was less than comparable systems from Mitsubishi and Fujitsu offered by other companies. Overall, we are very happy with the system. There were a couple issues with the installation that I included in my first review. The owner called me immediately and came to our house to discuss. He apologized and rectified everything. I was very happy to see how much the owner cares about customer satisfaction, especially given that over the lifespan of this system we will have questions and need maintenance done at some point.

It is so refreshing when you find a company that really cares and goes above and beyond my expectations. Not just one person but the whole staff I just can't say enough about their service. If you need heating and AC dont waste your time calling around just call Thermo-Maitre . I am now a life time customer!!
