I don't put one star reviews, but this glass shop deserves less than that. I called them to replace a cracked window. When Olympique looked at it, they said it should be warrantee and that the company who installed it didn't put it in correctly. As I had recently bought the house, I wasn't sure who installed the window. But based on his attempt to help me, I decided to let Olympique install my new window. There were lots of delays on the installation of the new window. Changed appointment times. Poor communication, but ultimately they begrudgingly installed the window. When it came time to pay for the window, his pricing and calculations seemed odd. When I questioned him on his math, he got defensive and suddenly remembered an important appointment that he had to leave for RIGHT NOW. Odd behaviour, but I guess he's a busy guy? Six months later when the new window cracked, Olympique refused to answer my calls. When I disguised my number, they finally answered. They said it was a tough winter and windows crack like that. They then said it was not covered by warrantee. His behavior is suspect, questionable and ultimately you can choose to use this company and get the same bad treatment. Or you can move on to another company that treats you with respect, stands behind their work and acts with integrity.

This is a bad place to go to get anything done regarding GLASS. FIRST OF ALL THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE and it has reached 100 rings an automated voice says something to the effect that they are NOT available. That's an understatement. I went to the store and during the middle of the week at 2:30 P.M. They were MIA. NO ONE WAS THERE. THE DOOR WAS LOCKED. It looked as if the business went under. In fact, people in the area told me that the people dealing with this shop were a bunch of QUACKS. At this point I had enough information to take my business elsewhere. A footnote in passing, one lady next door told me that the owners and the help were ripping people off by not sticking to their original estimates. When people came to pick up their goods, the price had gone up and up. I don't trust this enterprise and I would NEVER GO BACK. WHAT A WASTE OF OUR TIME. SO GLAD WE DID NOT HAVE TO LOSE ANY MONEY OVER THIS SEEMINGLY SHADY BUSINESS OPERATORS. I GIVE THIS BUSINESS, TWO THUMBS DOWN.
My girlfriend brought a broken window from our house over to these uneducated Donkeys. The owner said it would take 7-10 days for the window to be shipped. OK, inconvenient but understood. He wanted 60 cash up front which I thought was pretty ghetto from the start but ok. After 10 days we called and some ignorant employee told me his boss would call me back. Waited a day and no call back. Called again and the same voice said his boss would call me back. No call. After 15 days I called again and same employee said that his boss would call me back. I asked WHEN??? He said he was on the phone, so I said ok. 3 hours goes by(Must have been one hell of a phone call the boss was on) and finally they say we can come get the window. I get the window home and had a closer look at it and it was laughable!! There were glue and goo all blobbed around the edges of the frame, there were finger printed glue marks and drops of glue all over the window. It was just brutal!! These guys have been in business for over 30 years and one would think that they would have some sort of craftsmanship?? Or maybe some sort of customer service to the client when returning calls or even being a little polite? And when the job is going past the date promised that it might be a good idea to keep the client informed instead of just ignoring them. Do not be fooled by the 5 star reviews of these Clowns as they are obviously fake from Family or friends. To top it off the price was a total rip-off of almost 200.00!!! The original quote was 160.00 that I thought was already way overpriced but 200.00 folks for a Mickey Mouse Butcher job!! Go somewhere else, TERRIBLE!!!

Bon travail et bon prix, mais il faut attendre son tour une semaine entière.
Vrai perte de temps cette compagnie. Ils prennent rendez-vous et ne s'y presente pas et ne vous contact aucunement pour vous en informé et ce deux fois de suite! Service honteux! S'abstenir.
