Worse service I ever received in my entire life. I have been trying to order a thermo glass replacement since last June 2020. At first no one called me back, then when I went to the store they had a guy come out and measure the glass. The glass was measured but arrived too big. They sent a person to re-take the measurements. The person saw that the plastic frame was broken but didn't order it. Almost a year later still waiting for my thermo replacement. Have the glass but no plastic frame. I would recommend this company if you love a lack of professionalism and have time to waist in your life.

Not impressed with the quality of service. They'll get the job done eventually, but don't expect your calls to be returned quickly. The technicians will just show up randomly with no planning.
They do not honor their quotes. I am a contractor that received an estimate from vision 2000, and sold the job to my customer based on the estimate provided. once i wanted them to go ahead and do the work the estimate changed by over 1000.00.
Had a few things cut for our new house. Very quick service and also were able to help with some questions. Was able to drop off a mirror and had it cut while we waited.
