Wow. Amazing. This place seemed to be one of the newest restaurants on St Joseph Rue (the coolest, most real streets in all of Quebec City). This place offers the best gourmet hot dogs (sausage). My wife and I got the Le Warner and it was the best sausage we've ever eaten. The service was great and you can get the combo (chips and a drink) for cheap.

We love this place! The people are as great as the selection of fresh and dried sausages. Very helpful staff who really care about creating a great shopping experience and the sausages are simply great.

All the sausage sold here is gluten free. I bought some roasted pepper and cheese sausages and my partner and I felt they were exceptional. The price is fairly high compared to the grocery store, but the quality matches the price. I bought a variety (about a dozen total) for around 20 dollars. Each one was large and retained its size after being cooked. The store also offers soup and sandwich options for lunch. Prices are reasonable given the quality of the food and I've enjoyed every meal I purchased there. They also have a selection of microbrewery beer.

Every time I have gone, I have been served with a smile and very courteous employees. It is always kept immaculately clean, and very eye catching! Everything I have eaten has been delicious...

Owner a. I always have great service there and the one and only time i had an issue... the owner took real good care of me and handled the issue like a pro! Have been going for a couple years now and will never go elsewhere. Sandwiches there are amazing!
