These guys are literally criminals, for god sake don't think about booking with them. They wouldn't answer the phone on the morning of our flight so we ended up having to leave the car in the long stay car park at short notice which cost us 160 plus the 40 we paid them, just so we didn't miss our flight. Threatened to report them to trading standards and they haven't replied.

The best parking service with friendly staff.....I am looking forward for my next month holiday travel with SKYONE. I must say that the service was very good and recommended to the others.
Waited 20 mins at the dropoff point (40mins after calling them) for the car to be collected - they were obviously dropping another car off to arriving passengers at the same time. We should have taken note then as on return at 2.30am we phoned to say we had arrived and please bring car. We took 25 mins to find the drop off point, (they ask you to phone when approx 20 minutes away and they took 40 on our arrival) and our car was already there! Great, we thought, but no delivery man. Another 10 mins looking to see if the keys had been left on tyres, in exhaust, under the car then phoned in exasperation. Promised chap would be back in 10mins with keys. Over an hour later and lots of excuses he arrived.... We were frozen, tired and angry. Would have been half the price at long term parking and a hell of a lot quicker. Still waiting for a call back from 'customer services' Will never use again.
