Very friendly staff that reassured me my dogs were safe and well after their flight. Clear explanation on next steps until my dogs were allowed out. Only comment is that if I didn't have GPS or looked the address up on Google before travelling, I probably would not have found it as no signs from Airport Terminal to Animal Reception specifically.

Easy to find. Helpful staff. Clean toilets inside reception. Animals well looked after while waiting to be cleared.

Picked up my dog after his flights from Australia via Dubai. If you don't have a car then the free long satay parking bus from Gatwick North terminal will save you a 20 min walk to the reception. The staff were lovely and as soon as I walked in the door and gave them my pets name they reassured me that he was fine. It was quick to get through the paperwork and I left with him within an hour of arriving.

Telephoned there reception and spoke to Scott, only to find out my client was using a different company to move their dogs - however Scott was brilliant, helpful, and although my client was using a different transfer company he gave me all the information I could needed. If Scott is an example of there customer care - you should make AAC your first choice for animal transportation
