I am disappointed that after 2 months @British_Airways still won’t pick up the phone to arrange my refund. Low cost @Ryanair @vueling airlines have already refunded my tickets. Terrible customer service from BA. I will not recomend it to anybody

As a Brit, all I can say is, avoid British Airways. I don't know how they managed to get so many celebrities to appear in their adverts when the reality is so much more different. They were the No. 1 airline 20 years ago, what a huge fall from grace. Hello Virgin and Emirates, you can have my money instead as you look after your customers.

I am Business class on BA 2666 LGW to Marrakesh 6th August. They brought a bottle of water to the man next to me but refused to bring me one. The attendant stated the passenger was fasting, which I stated a also am fasting and he still refused. Why would he be allowed to discriminate? FOLLOW UP: I thing the attendant was a bit regretful and he went above and beyond to make the rest of my trip very enjoyable. Including a bottle of water after takeoff.

I know Gatwick airport does not have the best reputation but that should not reflect onto #BritishAirways The check-in and bag drop now is excellent very easy to use the automated machines and the very friendly staff are on hand to help I flew out on the 23rd of April 2019 on BA2157
