Absolutely terrible. Both of the stores. Staff are so bitter about their jobs and take it out on customers. Refused to do a price match even though I called dixons customer service and got them to confirm that they should price match it. The guy spoke to the customer server rep and told her no! Returned items after our holiday and ordered in Amazon instead. Never ever shop here. Everything is overpriced and the staff are bitter and jealous. I actually feel sorry for them.
Horrible customer service, lazy staff. I asked for help and a girl(lady) didn't asked what I need, she just looked at me and said she was busy. I wanted just an information about where's the product. After she told me she service only one customer at time. I understand that, but give the information don't mean she will service me. Disgusting service. Customer service zero. I'm so disappointed.
I've just come across to the best sales assistant EVER who sold me two fitbits. So nice, helpful and charming!

Already knew I was going to by a Nintendo switch before i came, so showed it to my daughter to play for a minute and then the alarm went off. A Female member of staff told me that we wasn't allowed to touch it.. Which obviously is a load of rubbish as they are on lanyards so you can pick them up. I asked about that before being told you can can't pick it up. Total rubbish and attitude, I'll buy it from somewhere else rather than fund those sort of people.
Very friendly staff. Was able to reserve an item to collect on my way through the airport.
The tall and slim guy who was pretending to work this morning has been uselessly rude. I just asked a bag and he threw it at me saying: "it's free, have fun". What's your problem?
