Avoid! They will FORCE you to buy their own CDW and Theft Insurance even if you already have third party coverage and your VISA benefits already cover it. They said it was MANDATORY to use their own CDW and refuse to release car unless you buy it. They said they don’t accept third party insurance or credit card coverage. I already have all conversations written down. I did some research and there’s no law that says you must use their own CDW as long as you have third party coverage.

Google maps seems unable to find the return location — eventually did better just following signs. Then, the rudest return agent I have ever encountered; “hostile “ would not be too strong. Nasty experience.

Convenient and reasonable rates. Unfortunately no one available to deal with car when dropping off so used the drop box - this was a little confusing. Decent car.

Rented car but our flight was delayed so when we arrived europcar was all closed up and noone was waiting for us. We weren't the only ones on this flight who had rented a car. Had to wait all night in the airport till 6 in the morning with two kids. A nightmare. If europcar have an agreement with easyjet and they know the flight is delayed someone should be there to receive you and not leave you stranded all night.

Really bad. Force to take insurance and charged 600 pounds instead of 160 pounds (from online), then i rejected onsite and 2 weeks later it charged no-showup fee on my credit card. the 2 staff were rude!

Too difficult to find...the postcode given doesn't take you to the place by GPS surely a map could be on the website.
