A great little airline, girl's are great, very helpful, they saved me 146 as they booked my trip to Italy, I went to the desk and ask if they could do it as I wasn't very good on the computer, as it took an hour to sort out, they done the car park fee for me to. Excellent service. Will definitely recommend them, if you live in Cornwall.

It’s the worst airline ever. They wanted 50 for my cabin bag since it’s 1cm bigger. After I paid and got my bag back, it was totally broken. They couldn’t replace it with the same size, took my time, and told me to contact customer service at the end. Also, the report written right after the flight doesn’t guarantee that I can get any money for my lost in the future. My day was ruined because of this stupid airline.
Terrible experience. Was charged 50 for a carry on that was within specified size required. One gate staff was apologetic and asked me to take measurements and forward to a team at flybe for evaluation and a refund. That team then said they cannot process a refund and that the decision of gate staff is final. My bad was one the ones that actually fitted. Unreal!!
Baggage policy is dodgy(不要相信官網告訴你可以帶登機箱,注意,一般登機箱是上不去的,他們在行李寬度動手腳,所以大部分登機箱都會在起飛前被要求加收50英鎊,哪怕你超出0.5公分,一個低能粗魯的地勤,會拿一個盒子來套住你行李,我就看到有人超出1公分不到,立刻被罰錢,而且連超臭,為什麼只有1.2顆星,大家一目了然) There cabin luggage policy is unlike traditional airlines, they use a dodgy way to make you believe that your can bring a hand bag and one cabin luggage on board. However, even you use most of the regular cabin size case, it can't fit their policy(23cm narrower than normal), so they can charge you 50 for check in your luggage at the gate(who would literary use a ruler to measure the size of their "cabin luggage" before flying?)... I will never ever fly this airlines especially the ground staff was so inpatient and rude. Good luck, hope you company fail and broken soon.
