DO NOT USE We dropped our car off in the evening, the next morning when we went to leave for the airport we left the hotel and outside was our Range Rover with a bloke driving it and a passenger smoking in the passenger car seat. They were obviously caught driving the car and didn’t think we’d be there. On return we had called them half hour before we were out, they said they were waiting for us in a minibus to take us to the car. We had to call them numerous times to see where they were, they just kept lying about how long it would take etc. When they finally picked us up they handed over the wrong keys with house keys missing etc. They had also clearly been driving the car as the mileage had gone up a hell of a lot. The worst company I’ve ever come across, avoid at all costs!!!!!!

Terrible service, steer well clear. The drop off was very poor, I was asked to call half an hour before arriving and was told to park my car in a completely different car park to what was initially confirmed. The representative was late coming to pick up my car and I had to call several times whilst standing in the cold. Finally he should up when I should have been checking in. On my return the office number was continuously busy or no answer and it took a couple of hours before I finally got my car back. No answer to emails and I paid twice to get out of the carpark. Awful service, better to go with long stay parking.

Used MBW who managed to completely wreck the center armrest of my vehicle!!! Initially denied all responsibility as no photo proof of condition at drop off...who takes photos of ths inside of their vehicle? Eventually paid a 'goodwill payment' of 25 after 3-weeks and numerous emails. Very poor!! Will never use them again!! AVOID

Poor service. Had to wait around half an hour for someone to turn up and pick the car up when I got to the car park. The guy that showed up then had the cheek to ask why I had parked where I had - after receiving some vague instructions of where to go over the phone - as if it was my fault he had turned up late. Picking the car back up went a lot more smoothly, although the car looked like it had been parked in the Sahara desert, as it was covered in fine sand. Would not use again.

Nationwide Gatwick meet and greet ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE My 75 year old mother booked this service and arrived to find no-one there and was told by airport staff that the company is a CON and to go to carpark five which was shut and then told to go to carpark 6 but no-one there. No answer on either of the numbers she had been given. She waited as long as she could but there is no where to wait and she was on double yellow lines. She tried to contact the company 4 MORE TIMES but no answer. After half an hour she gave up and drove to a relatives house in crawley and parked there and had to get a taxi. As she was getting in the company finally called, 45 minutes after they were supposed to meet her. And apparently told her she wouldn't get her money back even though they totally failed to meet her. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE DO NOT USE THEM
