Parked here many times but when my car was damaged in front of their offices they wouldn’t review the CCTV even when the police were involved. They are pretty quick to come out and threaten you with a ticket if you stop to use the customer toilets too.

One of the worse experience I have had with parking. Unpleasant employees, no sense of service! It is like they did not realise they have competition that actually care about customers. That could eventually be excused if their prices were lower... Unfortunately it is quite the opposite. I hope they realize before it is too late.

CAR DAMAGED BY VALET PARKING AND DENIAL OF RESPONSIBILITY I use the valet parking last week, which I have used a few times before and considered it to be very good previously. This time I paid extra for the cleaning service, which I have to say is pretty poor. This is definitely NOT worth 30 so don't bother with it - it isn't as good as hand car washes half this price. I collected the car around 7pm and found it parked extremely closely to the car next door. Thinking nothing of it I got in the drivers side and went home, parking on my driveway as always. The next day I went to the car to see scratches which look like somebody has caught it on another car. The damage can ONLY have happened while Gatwick Parking had the car. I called them straight away and completed a complaint form but their reply was I should have checked the car before leaving the car park and I should check the T&Cs. I suspect they parked the car so close to the car in the next bay on purpose. Unfortunately what could be a good service simply cannot be trusted. If you do use these people MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR CAR thoroughly before leaving the car park - they cannot be trusted to look after your car.

Very busy airport but easy to find everything around. Reasonable prices, very friendly staff, great parking spaces, drop off area always supervised with helpful people. The shuttle bus service is excellent between the two terminals(and free). Very easy to approach by public transport or by car from the motorways. The shops and coffees have a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and the staff is very kind. Easy to find all the information about every flights.

Good price and efficient shuttle service. But what really impressed me was when our car wouldn't start because of a flat battery, one of the car park staff came out and gave us a jump start within five minutes of calling the customer service number on the shuttle bus stop. Turned a potentially bad conclusion to a holiday into a happy ending.

As with all airport multi storied car parks as clear as mud. The terminal access level is almost exclusively for reserved parking. Suggest go up one level and walk down. Naturally the laws of supply and demand dictate that you pay well over the odds but at least it's cheaper than Heathrow. Once inside the terminal the selection of shops are OK. A focus on food and beverage operations. It serves it's purpose.
