National express coach journey 5am A3 route to London Victoria coach station on 5th August 2019 No working power points to charge phone i tried using a different side of coach to charge phone as well No wifi Toilet out of order with no notification said about this before boarding the coach only a notice on the toilet door saying which meant that the journey was uncomfortable and by far the worst ever experience by not having anything working properly Pleasant driver though very polite and helpful

Can be hours late- particularly impressive when the journey is only an hour. Lack of staff to help. Heathrow - Gatwick price that’s half of a taxi. My best advice is to find someone waiting for the coach and split a cab with them.

Usually stick to the ticket that I am booked on - but occasionally I do need to change it because the flight is in early and I have allowed too much time - the ticket office staff are always pleasant and helpful (depending on the ticket does depend on whether you get charged or not!!) It is a bit tucked away and not obvious - but it might just be me!!

Prices are usually good and it can be a great option when needing to transition between Heathrow and Gatwick. Depending on the time of day it's rarely overly busy. Cleanliness on the bus is usually decent but bathroom can get ugly and not cleaned all that often it seems.

A travel that was announced to arrive 4.50 AM at Gatwick South terminal did it at 5.50. That delay costed us 400 pounds because we lost a 6.20 flight and had to book another. awful experience

Ok, we pre booked seats both ways, outward journey someone sat in our seats which were double booked!! Return journey our seats were booked to 3 different families. They need to sort this issue as high season would be a nightmare, we travelled to and from Gatwick Airport from Cardiff in April. I do have to say drivers were great both ways (even though outward bus broke down). The price was right but I would recommend a really early bus for your flight or an overnight stay.

The desk staff is very helpful, but the coach... I take it everyday as I work at the airport, the delay can be up to 1 and a half hour... I know there is the traffic, but the system should be organized muuuch better for the price we pay.
