Hey Wanderers

The worst airline when it comes to customer service. The lady (red hair) she seems the be the person in charge of the Luggage. Extremely rude, condescending and not a team player at all. She threatened us multiple times to be removed us from the flight for asking questions. After we were told we need to pay 80 they don’t take Amex which is lead to calling. Never ever flying Norwegian air, shame on you and the way you have been treating people, your service has been degrading.

Kind and helpful at luggage check. Flight had wi-fi which was great. All in all would recommend.

Appallingly bad and unscrupulous. They charged me 70 at boarding to check my carry-on bag because they said it was over the weight limit. But there was never any weight limit communicated. My bag was not excessively overweight. I bought food and water to eat on the plane because I have severe food allergies and cannot eat their food. This is what put me over the weight limit. It’s an 11 hour flight! Don’t fly Norwegian!!

Flew once from Gatwick to Seattle, Tacoma. I had a pleasant experience with all of their services. Not sure though why before boarding, the security team felt like they had to check my hand luggage once again. They made me feel wierd as I was the only one re-checked. This might be anyway the airport, but it was however uncomfortable.

Holy cow!! NEVER again. Flying from JFK to Gatwick was the worst flying experience I’ve ever had. I am 5’2” and my knees were practically touching the seat in front of me. You are given an option to put in a bid 36 hours before flying to upgrade to a premium seat which I have opted to do on my return flight today. I was given access to a nice lounge but my boarding pass reads we’ll be boarding at 3:45pm but the flight doesn’t depart until 5:05pm and the gate, which is a ten minute walk from the lounge, isn’t announced until 3:35, at which time the board reads you should report immediate to the gate. Once there, there’s no staff to start the boarding process. I would have liked to stay at the lounge I paid 400 to upgrade to! Can’t wait to see what a premium seat is, couple more inches of room? The picture they send via email shows someone in a seat akin to business class on a normal airline but I’m not holding much hope

Don't believe them! They will never reimburse you if your flight is cancelled. Don't trust them at all.
