We needed a quick snack before getting on the plane and this place was quick and decent.

What a horrid Pret. Sneering staff to whom smiling is not an option. Barking out the odd word. They gave me half a cup of coffee, shown below. Usually I love Pret, but this one is actually stressful. I had loads of stuff and had to ask twice for a tray, which was given with a sigh. Ugh. Not recommended

Prices slightly higher than the city but that's a given. Maybe 20p more expensive but overall still cheapest great sandwich around here.

It's good. It's consistent. But they use mass produced plastic bread in their sarnies. Ugh. They could improve and use genuine bread.

Good food, fast service, shame about the coffee. Ordered a latte and got this. Train your baristas or dont call them baristas!

This place is crowded, tables are dirty and the cashier I had was incredibly slow and didn't understand a thing. The food is below average and has a texture as if it was reheated in a microwave. But there isn't much choice at the terminal and 6am is too early for a beer and a burger at the weatherspoon.

We had a quick visit to Pret to collect food to eat on the flight. There was plenty of choice for fresh food, but it was very crowded. It would have been better if there was more space to see what was on offer and decide what to buy. At the checkouts, there was a very short queue and we were quickly served. There was not much space to sit and eat, so you may need to find seating elsewhere at the airport.

We've been really surprised by the warmth of Pret's staff, specially Yan who is a genious! The best place we've been to in England so far. By the way, the coffee is very good, and the chocolate brownie is amazing.
