Nice shop. The layout was also good. Very nice and unusual shop tucked away in departures. Sells all sorts of gifts themed from Harry Potter. Defiantly worth looking in if you are a fan of Harry Potter and you are traveling through North Terminal. Amazing place for quick shopping and nice pictures!

The small Harry Potter Shop at gatwick Airport is a really sweet Shop. It really isnt big compared to The Harry Potter Shop at Kings Cross Station in London but IT has also some of The exklusive Merchandise you usually only find at The Store Kings Cross. The staff was very friendly AS we visited and Helpful. The Store is a good opportunity to browse and kill some time. Also to.leave some Money.
Cute little shop with decent prices for some last minute gifts (journals are about 10, pins about 2, pencils less than a ) friendly staff, can be difficult to move around as it's small inside.
Nice shop. The layout was also good. But a bit annoyed with my experience on Thursday at midday 3 of the shop workers were all on there phones at the back of the shop. And didn’t even bother to serve the customers that were waiting in line. And they only had one guy on the till serving.
I could easily walk in and buy all my Harry Potter needs! Super friendly staff and is also equipped with modern muggle technology to help you out! It’s also worth checking out the website before you go.
Massive Harry potter fan and the shop is amazing, great way to spend a bit of time and moneyy before flying, but My first time in the shop barely walked in and the guy behind the counter looks over and shouts you touch anything you pay in a snide and rude manor without a greeting or a welcome at all. So I walked out shame because I heard most staff here were cool.. I would visit again though in the hopes a nicer staff member is working
Good shop layout but awful staffing. Three staff where standing at the till chatting while there was a que, distracting the staff who was serving who had no customer service skills. Also mumbled about customers and let out a laugh.
Was really excited of buying the elder wand on my way home but got great disappointment when discovered the damaged one... There is no even missing peace I could glue. Be careful and ask to unbox stuff before buying to avoid my experience... Cheers everyone!
