Avoid avoid at all costs. Very vulgar and rude. Customer service is the worst. They will never admit fault. Thru don't apologize. You will never be compensated for a late flight or denied boarding. They are rude. A lady refused to tell me her name to put in a complaint and went very angry and shouted at me as if a slave. On another flight, a flight attendant instructed a passenger to switch of his phone and said while pointing his finger with an intimidating manner ( You.. put your phone down, do you think you are riding a bus) The passenger was very blushed and went into tears. This lady works for them in Antalya, she is pathetic, impolite and arrogant. Her colleagues will cover her back but we have to expose her. Attacked me and my wife and grabbed my phone and denied our boarding

They give you the wrong information and then they don't deal with any problems at customer service brought on by their staff at Gatwick. They will then block you and ignore any issues you've had on their flights. I would avoid flying with these idiots if possible. If I could give them 0 stars then I would.
