First trip with Virgin Atlantic, we were given complimentary access to the Clubhouse with our booking. What a great way to start our holiday! Exceptional customer service. Served where we were seated. Great views if your an aviation geek. All service were by experienced ladies who knew how to treat their customers, we felt very pampered and definitely got into the holiday spirit and cannot wait until next time. Great experience.

1st time flying upperclass, and can't wait to book again!!! Service was amazing in the clubhouse, food and drinks lovely. My partner and friend both had a massage, what they really enjoyed and relaxed them before the flight to Orlando. Can't wait for next time, defo worth saving the extra cash to fly Upperclass!!
Staff very helpful. Food was very nice. Please note: There's No showers as described in the literature and as advised by the Virgin Reps on the phone. Very disappointed!
Good lounge, much nicer than the old one in south terminal. All food and drink is by order which is the only real downside. Usual level of comfort and service you expect from Virgin. Lovely atmosphere.

Virgin clubhouses are incomparable with BA business class lounges, I even prefer the LHR clubhouse over the BA concord lounge. Great table service, super tasty meals cooked for you and amazing cocktails - and of course the friendly virgin staff!!
A nice place to start your trip away as part of your upperclass experience. My 5th visit to the clubhouse. Staff pleasant and friendly. Spa treatments available but not included. Food and drinks are good, plenty on offer but they will limit your alcohol which is ludacris as you could leave the clubhouse and buy it in the main airport lounge and that's after paying between 2000-5000 for your flight depending on the time of the year. Still I do prefer the clubhouse to the chaos of the main airport.
