The Store at gatwick Airport has a large variety of Products to buy before Boarding your flight. There are sweets and crisps or Sandwiches. But also cosmetics, books or magzines you can buy. It s a Bit pricey, but for example The chocolate Bars cost about The Same AS everywhere Else. The a self Checkout counters for Cash and card. But also ones with personell. Overall you can find Here eveything you might need before your flight.

We used to buy books here. We have visited this shop several times and one thing hasn't changed, customer service is not very good here. How can it be so different in London's WHSmith shops. In London they know the meaning if the customer.

WHSmith book store that has a wide offer and good offers and discounts. Ideal for long trips.

The meal deal here used to be 3.99, until recently where the price has surged to 4.99! Disgusting price with no reasoning, 5 is not a deal! You're better off eating in Pret or the Red Lion. WH Smiths using their power over passengers and staff to force their profits up.

What a lovely start to your holiday. The customer service was abusive. Never have I had the f* word used towards me as a customer, well today at 4am in whsmiths I can now say yes to this. The lady who reluctantly served us at the till due to the fact that the self service would not give a discount was abusive and rude. She was obviously not happy doing this and literally threw our purchases with the receipt at us. Appalling! She muttered that this wasnt her f*ing job , I can only hope whoever employed her might do a better job next time. Use another outlet.
