Having had GD3 to manage our block for some years, some things have been done well but their lack of proper accounting , no auditing or being a member of any professional body has led to some concerns. The last two years of trying to get repair and external works done have been a nightmare. No communication, no accounts, having to chase for every detail and 2 years on .... no progress. They started well, and have now either lost interest or have no time. Some of their regular maintenance team are pretty basic. Fed up with chasing them.....beware.
