I recently had to go to the emergency centre as my dog had cut its leg very badly and needed emergency care as my dog was bleeding heavily I was told to fill a form as receptionist was to busy on the phone and I feel that there should be a receptionist and a triage nurse at the desk to access each individual animal and give priority to most urgent cases to be seen by a vet as quickly as possible as the current system is not working as my dog and another dog could of bleed to death while waiting to be seen...as I could not draw attention to the receptionist as how serious my dog was and other owners where vocal to draw the receptionist attention to the state my dog as the blood was forming pools on the floor when the receptionist came from behind the counter and commented just how badly the leg was and then said I better take your dog out the back for pain relief as quite some time had passed hoping things will improve if I have to use this service in the the near future..

Thank you so much for last night from Pepi and me. The vet there saved me a lot of money and calmed me down.. I came with suspected snake bite so I was very stressed having survived envenomation myself..

2nd most uncaring vet I have ever been to, I had to have my 12yr old fur baby put down, they were more interested in hurrying up and getting me out of there than caring for my dog. You think for a new place, the vets would be more caring. Guess its a case of who you get

Best team ever! After our silly bulldog decided to jump out of the car window we rushed her immediately to Emergency Vet Geelong, she was checked over promptly and John the Vet was extremely kind and caring to explain everything in laments terms. Our dog is home safely and enjoying lots of cuddles after it turns out a sprain and some soft tissue injuries is the worst Can’t recommend these kind people enough.
