We’ve been buying our cars from Geelong BMW and Mini garage for a few years now and we would recommend i them highly. Sales and after care has been excellent.on all three purchasing occasions. The ongoing service of our cars is outstanding. Our cars are picked up, ,serviced ,cleaned and then returned at no extra cost. We are provided with a loan car while our car is being serviced. Wonderful service and thanks to all , (especially Di and Phil )at BMW Geelong .

Great service, friendly staff. Provides pickup & drop with standby car for us. Extremely convenient. The service manger calls and provides an update of the car’s condition & what’s been done. Will rate them 5 Stars️️️️ ️

From initial contact and booking in (Jess), through the servicing and delivery (Aaron), communication advice explanation of work carried out was exceptional...collected vehicle confident that everything possible had been done to address issues raised.
The entire experience from walking into the showroom on Day 1, to buying the vehicle and now the service inspection has been truely stemless. Everyone is very humble, clearly explain all the queries and very meticulous in planning the steps. Has been a great experience and thanks for the entire Geelong BMW team.

My X3 received its 60k service plus a minor fault fix. The vehicle was ready on time and washed. During its 2 day stay I received excellent progress communication and overall. I was extremely happy with my visit. A job well done .
