I had an absolutely terrible experience with a different company when purchasing my dress but my saving grace was Geelong bridal house who did an amazing job with the alterations on my dress and it fit me like a glove. I am sooooooo glad I didn’t let the other seamstress touch my dress and honestly it was the most stressful experience of my entire wedding. I cannot recommend Geelong Bridal House highly enough, they literally saved my wedding are absolutely wonderful and fantastic at what they do.

Absolutely gorgeous Dresses great variety of sizes and styles. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable they are so pleasant and very helpful. I went for a evening gown for my nephews wedding so many choices so very happy to have been able to buy such a beautiful dress I highly recommend this place you will be very happy too! Fantastic!!

The ladies were amazing and knew exactly what I wanted after just 2 gowns. I did do a lot of research and went prepared which helped them isolate my choices. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of effort that is put onto each gown. Very good selection, very good customer service and high quality dresses including bridesmaid and casual dresses

Amazing customer service. I picked up my dress back in march 2020 and never got married due to covid.. went to try on the Vale for a hair trail and noticed it was ripped. I rang and explained what had happened and they were so lovely and understanding. Replaced the vale straight away

Had a wonderful experience buying my dress at Bridal House. Since l came from the country into the city to find a dress l hadn't had time to make an appointment, but the ladies in the shop were so helpful ...l had people helping all over the place...l had a dress, a veil and tiara by the time l left. The fitting went so smooth ly as well. The prices were very reasonable too. I totally recommend this establishment as a place to go to buy a dress. Thanks ladies
