I was in the shop trying to buy a sofa and a TV set, It has been the 30th august in the afternoon. I know very little french. There was two girls at the desk in the cashier, well, they didn't try to help me, their behaviour has been quite nasty. I understand they don't speak english nor other language, but they didn't do anything to intend understand what I tried to say with my little french, even with gestures. Nobody was in the queu, so I don't understand the lazy way to do their job. One of them told me if I don't speak french, I can not buy in the shop. I finally coudn't buy and I will never do it in CONFORAMA STRASBOURG.

Problem is that everything that you see on the online shop the price of which seems better than ikea is not available, since it is not them selling it, but a third party that simply uses their website for a fee. Therefore not worth going there. The prices of their stuff are significantly higher than Ikea.
