I had an excellent experience with Roger Gelb. He's very professional. I was once represented by an accident lawyer who didn't speak to clients directly, and employed rude staff that didn't always respond. Roger always took my calls or called me back promptly. He was very transparent. He showed care in handling my case, and gave great advice. In addition, he worked hard to get me the best settlement possible. I was concerned about receiving a very low settlement because I had a preexisting condition, but that's why he was recommended to me, and that didn't seem to be a factor for him. I would go to him again if I needed to (hopefully I don't), and I would recommend anyone considering Gelb and Gelb to go for it. They're great. Friendly staff too. Thanks for everything Roger! Where do I begin? Roger Gelb was my biggest advocate and supporter back in October of 2019 when an inattentive/negligent driver ran a STOP sign and t-boned my vehicle. A colleague put me in contact with Gelb & Gelb P.C. - I'll never Roger's first questions to me: how are you feeling? Are you alright? Moments after our call, he scheduled a doctor's appointment for me. Roger worked hard to make sure I never lifted a finger; he made calls, took care of bills and payments, and he even helped me secure a two-month rental vehicle. Roger did everything a 5-star lawyer should do. It was my first car accident where I got injured and while it wasn't an ideal way for us to meet, I'm forever grateful for all that Roger did to make sure that I was well. And compensated!
