The aim of the group was to provide a forum for corporate women's network leads to share best practice and collaborate. Over the past nine years, the group has grown to represent over 85 cross sector firms and 330 members. Gender Networks members meet four times a year and share examples of their work, hear best practice and benefit from high profile speakers. Members are also able to access WeAreTheCity's online Gender Network platform which houses all meeting outputs and speaker films. Membership is by application only.
