A great family business who are customer focused. I've bought dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and cooker from Genesis Home Appliances. absolutely brilliant service, always knowledgeable and great price. If they didn't stock the item that i was after, then they sourced it and matched or even beat other retailers on price. Delivery guys always friendly too. Couldn't ask for better 10/10. highly recommend

My fridge freezer died on Monday. Needless to say I was in a panic to get a new one. Went to Genisis on Tuesdamorning and spoke with Liam who helped me with my purchase and arranged for delivery on Thursday. He then managed to arrange delivery a day earlier which was fabulous news. Thanks Liam and your two very friendly, helpful delivery men. Apologies again for the cat food accident! Will highly recommend this company from now on.

Needed a cooker in a hurry. Phoned at 9.05am and cooker delivered and fitted by 11.30am. What more can you ask for. Thank you I would certainly recommend them.

I rang the showroom yesterday, and spoke to a very helpful lady. Today I had a washing machine delivered and fitted. Fantastic, five star service from all staff involved. I will definately use Genesis again in the future
