I've been trying to 2 days to get a price on a 2018 genesis they have. It's been worse than pulling teeth. Still have yet to get it. One lie the rep told me was he couldn't because they didn't have a stock number for it. After I sent him the stock number for his vehicle (was on website) he thanked me and went on to send more hedging emails, finally saying it was against their policy to send prices via text. It has been a very frustrating experience. If a manager wishes to reach out to me, I will happily send the entire text conversation.
