I just had to take time out to to share my experience in purchasing a new car from Webb Hyundai in Highland Park. I am that guy who is very no-nonsense when it comes to sales people and my purchases. I visited a few places in Illinois but ended up in Highland, IN. As I walked in I was greeted by David Cox who immediately came across as polite, friendly and not pushy. We discussed the vehicle I was interested in and David was very knowledgeable. I informed him that I was really ready but I'd let him know if things changed. His response was, \ I know that buying a car is a major purchase so take all the time you need and know that I'm here to answer any questions.\ I then left the store for about an hour and came back and asked for David. Speaking to him I found him to be transparent, professional and supportive. I've purchased many cars in my lifetime and this was a pleasant experience. David didn't waste my time leaving me in his office for long waits playing the normal salesman tactics. He was efficient, thorough and got the sale done. To sum it up if I have any family members or friends who are looking to purchase a vehicle and I want them to experience great customer service ...I will send them to David Cox at Webb Hyundai!!! I purchased a car from Webb Genesis Highland IN and Dave Cox couldn't have made the process any better. Answered all of my questions and walked through all of the details of the purchase. Very knowledgeable about the G80 and all of the features. A lot of paperwork for an Illinois resident buying a car in Indiana, but Dave made it painless and easy explaining all of the documents and how the states sort out the details. If you are thinking about a new car I would recommend heading down to Webb Genesis Highland IN and let Dave show you the Genesis lineup.

Leased a car today from the Webb Hyundai dealership in Highland. Hearing great things about the Genesis brand peaked my interest to go in and test drive the G70. From the very beginning, the experience was excellent. Joshua Buric, a sales and leasing consultant there, was very professional, honest and helpful. After the test drive, knowing I was new to the Genesis brand, he suggest I take the car home to test drive it more and bring it back later that day or the next day....what a nice offer to make a buying decision. Brought the car back later in the day and was able to meet with David Cox, another sales and leasing consultant that Joshua arranged since he had gone for the day. (Very professional move that left a really good impression on me as a potential customer). David was equally as knowledgeable, honest and great to work with. He was very helpful in getting everything taken care of when getting the deal done. That included spending the additional time getting the car’s app set up and ready to go....something that I’m sure would have taken a great deal of time to do independently. To get what I felt was a deal worth doing, I worked with both Jim Menz, their Finance Director and Brian Webb, Vice President. These guys were two of the best I’ve seen in their roles at a dealership. Very professional, transparent and easy to work with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get into a Hyundai/Genesis vehicle. I wish all these folks the best as they continue to help future clients.
