The Genesis cars are great cars that are being destroyed by poor service. They claim to give you genesis concierge with three years to service and valet pick up and drop off of your vehicle. I’ve had a genesis for over a year now and I have not been able to get an appointment for the cars first service. To note I was trying to get a service scheduled in December, before covid19 shutdown.

I've been trying to make an appointment for regular maintenance service since last Thursday and left several messages to Megan through Christie and Melissa, but never called me back. Just wasted a couple hours and for nothing.
