Staff was friendly (so 2 stars instead of one) but not knowledgeable about Genesis. I asked about a card key for my car (a Hyundai oem part) and their response was if your car didn't come with a card key then you couldn't get one. But... None of the new Genesis models COME with it, it's an upgraded oem key you have to request. Eventually they showed me it but it took me finding the key for sale from another Hyundai to convince them. They only have G70s in the showroom, not one G80 or G90. Their waiting room is very Hyundai, and not what Genesis is pushing for for their dealers. This dealer has minimal Genesis branding, the waiting room has no conveniences like free water bottles even. I strongly dislike competing dealer Napleton Hyundai but my experience here was even worse. At least napleton has amenities and feels like they actually want to sell Genesis vehicles. There's a reason Genesis offers service valet so they come get your car for you to service. It's because they don't want you to sit in a Hyundai dealer like this one with your 60,000 car. Tl;dr great place to buy a Hyundai I'm sure, mediocre experience if you're interested in a Genesis.

If you are in the market for a new or used Genesis, Genesis of Orland Park is the place to go. Their no hassle approach to the car buying process is fantastic and very refreshing. The staff did a great job understanding my needs and guiding me through the trade-in process along with the new car purchase. They were fair and competitive, which is all I could ask for as a consumer. I look forward to working with them in the future whenever I have a need for a vehicle again. They make the car buying process low stress and very easy!

Warning! One week ago i negotiated a on a G70. The dealer and I agreed on the price. I was scheduled to take delivery of the car the next day. I got a voice meesage saying that they did not have the paper form needed to complete the agreed upon tranaction. They didn't know when they could get the document. Perhaps by Monday. That was the last I heard from Genesis of Orland Park. Thay lied to me. Thay are unethical and unprofessional. I do not recommend this busines. If I could give less than one star I would do so. It has now been over two months and not a word from Genesis of Orland Park. It appears that the car they agreed to sell me is still sitting on the lot. Maybe this tells us something? Worst car buying experience ever!

Called them to advise my Genesis has no sound, was advise cannot get in until a week later and no rental car for me to use. He then stated I can drop it off if they have a cancellation but I was on my own to get back and forth to work. Family Genesis was not family oriented for me!
