Bought two Genesis with my brother from here. I came all the way from VA. My salesperson was Ibrahim Kassim, he was super attentive to what I asked for and had everything ready for me when I got here and made the whole process very straightforward and easy. I am glad I made the drive all the way here. I am enjoying my car. 5/5 stars

I have been coming here off and on for the past year. Service has been good at times, but most of the time I don’t feel like a valued customer. I will not be coming back. They have repeatedly wasted my time, money and gas. How are you a Genesis dealership but do not carry the tires for the vehicles on site?? I totally wasted my morning making an appointment expecting to be able to replace a tire. Not only did they not have the tire in stock (it would have arrived the next by 2 pm) but would have charged me 382 for a tire that I paid 182 for at another location that was able to do the work within the hour. They also replaced a window for me after a break in months ago that costs much more than their projected costs, nonetheless I have made a mistake going there over the last year.I hope you know someone there, probably the only way you’ll get decent pricing and service
