The people here are so nice and helpful! They go above and beyond to help you out and are just so kind and friendly. I have had nothing but positive interactions with the people here- especially the last at the front desk. There was even a time I accidentally put the lock on my unit before fully securing it and I got a personal phone call and an email within hours alerting me. Great place! Great people.
I've been using this facility for over ten years now, the office staff is almost always exemplary. Friday I dealt with Moira, it was her first day, she was extremely helpful and followed up with a phone call as well. She went above and beyond and it was appreciated.
