I used to love Genghis Grill. I just visited the one in Jackson Tennessee and that will be the last time that I ever go there. The Covid precautions are ridiculous. They make you wear your mask to the table, they make you wear your mask to the buffet line they make you sanitize your hands before entering the line and they make you put plastic gloves over the hands you just sanitized. And when I say they make you, they will actually come and speak to you if you do not follow these rules. I know because they did just that.

The food is definitely worth the price. I recommend genghis for lunch or dinner. With you being able to pre fix your bowl it allows you to get exactly what you want and have it cooked exactly how you would like. I have no complaints.
service was great, but the meat and noodles are lacking in quality, it was cooked good but you can’t make up for it, whatever they use to clean the tables stinks
Haven't had it in years. The food was great and the staff was real friendly!! I'll be going there again!!
