The hostess was extremely friendly, she took our order and let us know who our waiter would be. The hostess then brought our drinks and later she brought our food. Our waiter he never came he was around at the other tables and introduced himself and I heard him thats how I knew that he was our waiter. Never got a refill on our drinks. He never checked on us. Thank Goodness for the hostess we may had never gotten service if it wasn't for her. The waiter was the only waiter yet he went around to every table around us and never stopped. I waited 12 minutes before asking the hostess for our ticket. The manager then came. I appreciate him listening to my concern. He even gave us a 20% discount and he apologized. It was our first time there in almost 2 years. I was not happy being forgotten :(. On top of that there was a couple that walked in and where not wearing their masks.

The food is good but the staff were unprofessional. It was really bad weather when I ran in to pick up my order. It was my first time and I didn’t know the process. But I stood in line behind two elderly women and they were being ignored. I saw staff that didn’t look busy and I thought whenever they got close they would ask if we needed help. But that didn’t happen. One guy walked up and wasn’t doing anything. And the elderly ladies asked for help. He simple told them to wait. And he proceeded to stand and another coworker walked up and they started to talk. I saw a young lady that was working and I told her. I’m just here for pick up. She asked me my name and handed me my food. I told her thank you. She said nothing. I’m like wow, customer service is dead here I guess. But at least I got my stuff.
Waitress and manager were nice and professional, the only issues were with the cook and the food. Paid for an online order around 2:15pm and was told it would be ready at 2:47pm. I get there at 3pm and they still don’t have one part of my order ready. The waitress is asking the cook for the second part of my order (which was just finished cooking) and the cook won’t give her the bowl for some reason. After a little bit of back and forth between the two ladies, the waitress had to bring in the manager to settle the issue. I end up getting the bowl and I take my food home. While my order was right (despite the food being dry and having burnt bits from the grill throughout) my daughter’s order was completely wrong. Only two things she ordered were in the bowl but the rest was either missing or extra that she didn’t pay for. I did call and work out the issue with the manager, but rest assured I will definitely not be returning here again.

Burnt food. It tasted nasty. I am done with Genghis. It used to be good. Their bowls shrunk, and their prices went up while delivering burnt food. Do you see those black pieces and specs? That is what gave the meal a nasty taste. It was burnt on the grill, scraped off the grill, and thrown into the bowl. How do I know that is what it is? I actually took a bite of it. Disgusting.
We haven’t had Genghis grill in awhile, so we decided to go for takeout on Friday, March 12, 2021 at 6:34pm. The waitress, Jaslyn, was loud and rushing us. She didn’t explain the new set up. Her demeanor was hurry up and order. The waiter was walking around with his mask under his chin. I understand the new mandate about no mask, but if you chose not to wear one then don’t put one on. All the other employees had their mask on correctly. While waiting on our food the waitress scratched their heads fixed their shirts and never cleaned their hands. This establishment required face covering and constant cleaning. Apparently, that’s what the establishment require of their employees but that’s not what is happening.
It has the best food. The waiters are very awesome I just love them Kiki is very nice and respectful. Thumbs up
Worst service this year I’ve gotten to experience. Our male server was rude, had no people skills, and never checked on us until I got up to ask for my bill. Not only did I have to ask for my bill, but so did another customer. Food was good but never got any refills for our drinks. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!
